Dumplings!

I have been having soo much fun with these! It was big enough to use some of Katrina scraps… I’m very happy with the results🙂 They take quite some time to make as I need to baste the zipper in place before sewing and I sew by hand the binding inside (it finishes the seam inside) You can get the full tut here: http://keyka.typepad.com/my_weblog/2011/08/lets-make-dumplings-free-zip-pouch-tutorial.html                (I need to go and find out why I can’t link now with wordpress, it erases everything when I try😦

Yesterday it was the first day of school for Julien and Camille! They are very happy with the teachers they got and find some friends from last year too🙂 And mommy is even more happy school started!!!!!!!!

    • I can’t take credit for the name’s choice as it’s from the lovely lady who came up with the pattern🙂 Thanks for your compliment… and thanks again for bringing those scraps to me!
